Overiew
Trip Magus is a Dubai-based startup, whereas Magus Global is their app that serves as a dynamic monetization platform for users and an innovative marketing solution for brands. This platform facilitates the organic promotion of brand content through user engagement. Brands can share their pre-prepared content, which users can then post on their own accounts and can get compensation accordingly.
Problem
There are 5+ mainstream social media platforms with a total of 8 billion users and 200 million content creators. The major earning source for these creators is brand collaboration, they either create content for brands or promote brand’s post or products.
For brands finding perfect a creator with desired domain and reach is a tedious task (imagine for a company finding a perfect candidate without the existence of job platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri.com, etc).
For creators reaching out to brands via emailing and DMing is time and efforts intensive and mostly it results in low response rate and could be flagged as spam (similar to cold emailing).
Solution
Our design improvements led to a 40% increase in user retention and a significant reduction in bounce rates.
